Supposedly, the Insadong Starbucks has the only non-English sign in the world. Roughly translated, it says "Suh-tah-buk-suh Kuh-pee."

Unfortunately, I did not know about this Starbucks when you visited. Eric took a picture of it during one of his rides. (See the bikes?) Turns out we passed it during our walk in Insadong (the day we toured the palaces).
